April was born and raised in Texas. She now finds her home in the Eastside of Washington with her husband, Andrew, serving in the Youth Ministry together. After receiving her BA in Ministry and Leadership and Minor in Writing in 2016, she served as a Youth Pastor in Washington state for 5 years and now leads as the Director of The Women & Children’s Shelter for The Union Gospel Mission in addition to founding and leading her Nonprofit, Cherish Ministry. April loves encouraging and empowering girls to walk out their worth within.
Lacy is a born and raised Texan. She is a speaker, business owner, TikTok-er, and has served in the student ministry space for ten years. Lacy is passionate about making disciples and seeing the next generation know God and His Word intimately. "I love Jesus and I know that God created me to be a disciple and make disciples so that others can make disciples and the whole world can turn upside down. Revival isn't coming -- it's here."
In a world that glorifies party culture, it can be easy to get swept up in the allure of late nights, loud music and strobe lights, and dirty frat basements. Our speaker has walked through the pressures and settings of party culture in both high school and college, and is here to share both spiritual and practical tips to help combat party culture and live the life that God has called us to. Whether you're currently struggling with the party scene or simply seeking guidance on how to live authentically as a Christian in today's world, this session is for you.
Have you ever felt like you’re too messed up or that you’ve done too many “bad” things for God to love or use you? In this breakout session, we’re going to talk about how God can use the messed up things we’ve done and use them for our good and for His glory. He has a purpose for our lives that exceeds anything we’ve ever done.
We are one of the most insecure generations. We are constantly faced with comparison and unrealistic expectations. How do we navigate insecurity, body dysmorphia, and lies when they feel so loud? How do we trust what the Lord says about us when we don’t feel it?
